Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any website, hosting or digital service from UHURU DIGITAL CONSULTATION INNOVATIONS.

1. No Refunds After Launch

Once your website has been completed and launched (made live for the public), UHURU does not offer refunds. Launch of your website confirms that the service — design, development and setup — has been fully delivered as agreed. This applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including a change of mind, unless required otherwise by South African consumer law.

2. Before Launch

If you would like to cancel a project before your website has been built and launched, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp (081 028 8373). Any refund of amounts already paid for work not yet carried out will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at UHURU's discretion, and may take into account work and time already spent on your project up to that point.

3. Monthly Website + Hosting Plans

For our R120 per month (or similar) website + hosting plans, you may cancel your plan at any time to stop future billing. Amounts already paid for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, as hosting and support for that period have already been provided or reserved for you.

4. Deposits

Where a deposit is required to begin a custom project, that deposit secures your project slot and covers initial work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, and are always non-refundable once your website has launched, in line with Section 1 above.

5. Faults or Non-Delivery

This policy does not limit your rights if UHURU fails to deliver the service you paid for at all. If you believe your website or service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us so we can put things right.

6. How to Request a Refund (Before Launch)

To request a refund before your website has launched, WhatsApp us on 081 028 8373 or use the contact form on our homepage, including your name, business name and the reason for your request. We will respond as soon as possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
