Specific inclusions for each offer (such as our R800 once-off or R120 per month website offers) are described on the relevant section of this website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Quotations & Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change without prior notice. Any custom quotation provided directly to a client is valid for the period stated in that quotation. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed with you directly before work begins, typically via WhatsApp (081 028 8373) or another agreed channel. For monthly plans, continued access to your website and hosting is dependent on payments being kept up to date. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, including hosting and email.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your website or project on time, we rely on you to provide accurate business information, content, images, logos and timely feedback when requested. Delays in providing this information may delay your project.
6. Intellectual Property
Once a project has been paid for in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets (such as stock images, fonts, plugins or licensed software) which remain subject to their own licence terms. UHURU may retain the right to showcase completed work (including logos and screenshots) in its own portfolio and "Our Work" section, unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Where UHURU assists with hosting, domain registration, WhatsApp Business integration or other third-party services, those services remain subject to the relevant third party's own terms and availability. UHURU is not responsible for outages, changes or issues caused by third-party providers outside our control.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Our full Refund Policy is available here. In summary: once your website has been launched (made live), the service has been fully delivered and no refund will be issued. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing, but amounts already paid are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
UHURU will take reasonable care in providing its Services but does not guarantee specific business results (such as sales, enquiries or search engine rankings) from any website, marketing campaign or digital solution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UHURU is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Services or this website.
10. Reviews & Submitted Content
Businesses may submit reviews about their experience with UHURU via this website. Submitted reviews are reviewed by UHURU before being published and UHURU reserves the right not to publish, or to remove, any review at its discretion, including reviews that are false, abusive, or unrelated to our Services.
